We believe that the importance of fitness must be taught early to children. That is why we encourage parents to let their children as young as 7 year old to enroll in one of our sessions. We teach the kids all they need to know about the human body to make sure they know how important exercise is. Additionally, we teach them basic yoga and breathing techniques.
This kids' program is called KZT Kids Zone Training. We focus more bodyweight exercises, resistance training, agility exercises, and psychometric training.
We also have a session for youths or adolescents. This is where we train them for sports and give exercises for weight loss or help them gain weight.
